We had planned the trip for a month. On the morning we left, the forecast said heavy rain all day. My sister wanted to stay at home. I said we should go anyway, because the tickets were not refundable. It did not rain. Not one drop. We walked for six hours and came home sunburnt, carrying two umbrellas we never opened. My sister still mentions it whenever I check the weather before a trip, which is less often than it used to be.
