So, tell me a little about yourself.

I have been working in customer support for four years, mostly for small software companies.

And what made you apply for this role?

I enjoy solving problems, but in my current job I only ever see the same three. Here I would be dealing with something new most weeks.

What would you say is your weakness?

I take on too much. I have learned to say so earlier rather than quietly falling behind.
