Disagreeing in a meeting

I think we should push the launch back a month and get the testing done properly.

I take the point about testing, but a month is a long time to sit on something that is nearly finished.

It is only nearly finished if nothing is wrong with it. That is exactly what we have not checked.

Fair. Could we split the difference — launch to a small group, keep testing, and open it up in two weeks if nothing breaks?

I could live with that, provided we agree now what would count as something breaking. Otherwise we will have the same argument in two weeks with worse tempers.

Write the list and I will sign it. Honestly, that is the part we always skip.
